Short grain brown rice, steamed broccoli, red beets, carrots, kale,
avocado, nooch
lemon-garlic dressing

Quinoa, stewed lentils (V) homemade curry sauce, warm shredded carrot, broccoli,
 
steamed greens, raisins, pepitas

Japanese bowl w/ golden quinoa, crispy tofu, ginger tamari sauce, avocado,
massaged kale + carrot, 
miso-whipped sweet potato

Macro bowl with seasonal gf grain + home-cooked beans, sautéed greens, kraut,
miso-whipped sweet potato, gomasio 

Cilantro rice, black beans, pico de gallo, cheese, shredded lettuces
pickled onion, avocado, tortilla 
(option to add on ground beef or shredded chicken)


Poke bowl w/ sushi-grade salmon, ume-sesame rice, cucumber-daikon salad, nori

Wraps + Salads

Brown rice w/ melted cheddar cheese on warm tortilla  steamed kale, broccoli,
avocado, soft-boiled egg, nooch


Chickpea salad wrap w/ sprouts, carrots, cucumber, garden herbs, local lettuces, 
green goddess sauce (option for lettuce cups or gf tortilla)

Chicken salad

(can be made into a wrap)

Homemade beef burgers on GF buns or over bed of lettuces, homemade spicy aioli

Beef liver pâté w/ crudité + homemade almond crackers

Chicken salad in lettuce cups, sprouts, celery, carrot, avocado, homemade aioli 
(can be made into a wrap)

Sol Food chicken thighs baked w/ garlic + lime, smashed plantains, mixed greens

Seared steak with herb butter, roasted crispy potatoes, mixed green salad, balsamic vinaigrette


Sweet Tooth
(all GF, sweetened w maple syrup, coconut sugar, or honey)

Oatmeal date chocolate chip cookies

Ayurvedic almond bites with adaptogens (picture below)
