Kundalini Yoga & Breathwork
I just love this practice! One moment we may be dancing with our eyes closed, and the next we are chanting, vibrating our deepest prayer into the universe, getting blissed out. No one is watching you, no one is judging you, it is all about connecting with yourself, however that may unfold for you.

~Breathing practices, breath awareness, learning to deepen our breath to access greater lung capacity and manage stress, calm nervous system
~Naad, sound current as vibrational healing, chanting and music to change thought patterns and break habits
~Visualization, power of projection of thought and imagination, focal point for clarity
~Mudras, hand gestures to create changes in the brain and connect mental processes with body movements
~Movement, alignment, stretching, strengthening, toning body, with focus on bandhas or body locks to channel the glandular secretions in brain to support the wellbeing of your entire system.
~Meditation: All these practices help work the facets of the body and clear the mind to make it a hell of a lot easier to drop into a calmer state of meditation. It makes meditation do-able!
