What is offered in these practices:
​~Breathing practices, breath awareness, learning to deepen our breath to access greater lung capacity and manage stress, calm nervous system
~Naad, sound current as vibrational healing, chanting and music to change thought patterns and break habits 
~Visualization, power of projection of thought and imagination, focal point for clarity
~Mudras, hand gestures to create changes in the brain and connect mental processes with body movements
​~Movement, alignment, stretching, strengthening, toning body, with focus on bandhas or body locks to channel the glandular secretions in brain to support the wellbeing of your entire system.
~Meditation: All these practices help work the facets of the body and clear the mind to make it a hell of a lot easier to drop into a calmer state of meditation. It makes meditation do-able!
