Each session looks a little different, but here's the basic layout:
One session lasts 50 minutes, and costs $48. If you feel you cannot afford this price, but are called to having a session with me, then we can have a conversation and see what we can make happen. I prefer to do this work in person, but am happy to do it over the phone. If you would like to have a phone session, please be sure to find a safe, quiet space in which you can talk with me freely.

- Discussing what your needs are at the moment and getting clear on this (Physical, emotional, energetic)
- Beginning our time by setting an intention
- Brief meditation to relax the body
- In this space, I will (and you may too!) receive a download of information which we can then share and discuss afterwards
- At the end, we will decide what will best serve you moving forward, based on your intention and our experience. This may be channeled wisdom, a plant-ally and/or specific practices to carry with you following our time together.

How a session works:
May I ask you...
Do you want to understand what your body is trying to tell you, especially when it's SO painful, but have trouble understanding or receiving the message?
Do you unintentionally hurt your body and mind temple by criticizing her and making her do things she doesn't really want to do?
Are you feeling open to exploring a truer version of you, but feel scared or anxious about moving in that direction?
Do you want to learn how to connect with your intuition, so you can be free from feeling like there is something wrong with you?
Do you want to understand what your body is trying to tell you, especially when it's SO painful, but have trouble understanding or receiving the message?

Kundalini Yoga & Breathwork
I just love this practice! One moment we may be dancing with our eyes closed, and the next we are chanting, vibrating our deepest prayer into the universe, getting blissed out. No one is watching you, no one is judging you, it is all about connecting with yourself, however that may unfold for you.
What is offered in these practices:
~Breathing practices, breath awareness, learning to deepen our breath to access greater lung capacity and manage stress, calm nervous system
~Naad, sound current as vibrational healing, chanting and music to change thought patterns and break habits
~Visualization, power of projection of thought and imagination, focal point for clarity
~Mudras, hand gestures to create changes in the brain and connect mental processes with body movements
~Movement, alignment, stretching, strengthening, toning body, with focus on bandhas or body locks to channel the glandular secretions in brain to support the wellbeing of your entire system.
~Meditation: All these practices help work the facets of the body and clear the mind to make it a hell of a lot easier to drop into a calmer state of meditation. It makes meditation do-able!
